Group Training Sessions

Group Training Sessions are designed to help you reach your fitness goals as part of a group, friends, family, club members training together often equals more enjoyment and success.

Small Group Training sessions of 3-4 people can be booked around you between 9am & 7:30pm weekdays.

We have the space and facilities to comfortably train small groups, to book a group of 3 is £30 for 60 minutes £10 per person. To book a group of 4 is £8 per person.
