Sports People I Help
I have been privileged to work with a number of high standard sports competitors over the last few years. Some of the more elite athletes I have helped include 2 international standard ultra distance runners, an ex GB marathon runner, 2 national standard dancers, an England’s strongest man competitor and some semi professional football and rugby players. I have also done a number of treatments for some high standard local runners and iron man triathletes. I very much enjoy working with elite level competitors and can help them fine tune their body to enable them success in their sport. I also spent time learning from some well established tutors/ physical therapy staff at prestigious clubs including at Manchester City football club and at the England Institute of Sport Sheffield.
