Desk Workers I’ve Helped
Quite a large percentage of the population have desk jobs meaning a high number of my clients are desk workers with work related pain. This includes common issues such as back pain, sciatica, neck and shoulder pain, headaches and more. As we spend more time as a society sitting it has never been as important to look after our bodies for the future so we can continue work pain free into our later life without the need for medication. If pain is affecting you at work please get in touch, there are often simple treatments I can do which make a massive difference to your comfort and well-being.
Lisa ‘Desk Worker’ Oakworth: ‘I have suffered with back pain for 7 years following the birth of my boy. I’ve been to the doctors, physiotherapist, chiropractors and no one has been able to locate the issue fully. I have had 4 sessions with Jack had he has been brilliant. I feel better than I have in years. He has explained everything in detail, gave my advice and exercises to help between session. Thank you Jack!!’
Sarah ‘Photographer/Desk Worker’ Cowling: ‘Jack is just brilliant at what he does, I would highly recommend him to anyone. He’s really helped with my shoulders and neck, that have given me persistent pain and discomfort for many years. Very reasonably priced and tailors treatment to you. Thank you Jack!’
Paula ‘Sales/Desk Worker’ Cross Hills: ‘Jack is really good at getting to the problem & trying to solve it. He’s hands on & he gives you exercises to do at home too which help you get better quicker. He’s very reasonable too. Good service!’
