Fitness 4 Wellbeing – A fitness class suitable for all abilities to help strengthen core and improve mobility / flexibility.

Advance your Performance – A fitness class designed for people already involved with regular exercise aiming to improve strength and fitness, ideal for runners/ cyclists etc.

Hatha Yoga with Phillipa Wright

Tri Fitess – A fitness class comprising all elements of fitness body strengthening or sport or exercise or just to improve health.

Class prices are £7 per person or full month ‘4 sessions’ £25
