My Philosophy

My interest in treating injuries began as a result of suffering from a number of ankle injuries as a fell runner and hockey player. I unfortunately received less than adequate treatment and care from hospital physio relating to my injuries. Since 2012 I began to take responsibility for my own rehabilitation as a university student studying sports development and coaching science. I graduated in 2014 with a 2:1 (Hons) and in March 2019 I qualified with a level 5 in sports therapy completing a 2 year advanced diploma course. I am passionate about helping people and have witnessed treatments have a massive positive impact on my clients physical and mental health. Sports therapy can help rehabilitate any physical pain related to the muscular-skeletal system. I am continuing to progress my own knowledge and skills daily and I provide high quality treatments and aftercare which has helped all my clients even people who did not believe their pain could be fixed.

Look after your body and your body will look after you.
