How does 30 mins a day exercise sound? What if I told you that in 30 mins, you would get a full-body sculpting workout and powerful mindset skills.. and the only “impact” would be on your heart, health, mind, and spirit?
When you make little changes to your lifestyle and create rituals, you’re setting up habits that will quickly integrate to shift your mindset and help you feel like you’re not jumping back and forwards between what you are doing and what you ‘should’ be doing.
