Turmeric Recipe
This super-powered anti-inflammatory tonic contains a lot of the benefits of freshly made juices but without the mess!
It’s refreshing, sweet, and a little earthy-spicy.
TASTY TURMERIC TONIC (makes 1 serving)
½ small carrot, cut into chunks
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 cup coconut water
½ tsp dried turmeric
½ tbsp freshly grated ginger
Juice from ½ orange
½ tbsp maple syrup
Dash of sriracha
Dash of cinnamon
Place the carrot, flax seeds, and water in a high-speed blender and blend until the carrot and flax are fully incorporated. Add the other ingredients and blend well.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
