180g frozen strawberries, thawed
125ml almond milk
80g coconut yogurt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
45g chia seeds
Place strawberries, milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey in a blender and blitz. Add chia seeds and stir well.
Refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours.
