Hello everyone latest lockdown update! Some good news I am still able to remain open during lockdown! So if you have an injury or pain that is affecting your life, work and mental health I can help you. There is legalisation in place so I can conduct treatments safely. If your in pain and need an appointment just get in touch and I will guide you through a safety screening consultation. If you have pain affecting your life don't ignore it I can help in the clinic as well as advise what you can do at home.

I do enjoy my home visits especially when there's dogs involved! I'm enjoying been back open for treatments and still offering home visits as part of my service! All Covid safety measures are in place so you can receive quality sports & injury therapy from the comfort of your own home. Message me for details 🐾.

I'm very lucky and thankful to have one of the most rewarding and fulfilling jobs I can imagine. Pain Fix has really developed over the last 2 years and l look now at how many people I have helped in that time. It's really unbelievable for a newly developing business and a sign that what I'm doing works and with my continued learning and understanding I am helping a growing number of clients by the week. Pain Fix is now more than just a clinic for rehabilitating injuries and physical pain, it has developed more into a holistic health service looking at the whole body and deeply into the connection between the body and the mind. Using manual skills to relieve physical pain my clients have been able to improve their mental health as well as their physical pain. By providing my clients with the lifestyle advice and tools beyond the treatment room long term success and freedom from pain is easier to achieve. Seeing so many leaving pain killers behind and unlocking the natural potential of the body has been amazing. I am truly humbled by some of the feedback I receive and hope to continue to develop and help more pain sufferers over the coming years. No matter what the problem I will put you in the right direction, Pain Fix is not a production line, the philosophy has always been about helping the individual and offering a completely different service than available elsewhere. Hello everyone, just an update from me on the latest regarding the new Covid-19 safety regulations. I am still able to work and continue with treatments safely, I am continuing to disinfect and clean as always and use PPE following all government guidelines. Don't be afraid to book in your safety is assured in a clean one to one environment. Treatments are an excellent way to help manage stress and anxiety as well as recover any injury or niggling pain you may have that you need to get sorted out. Continue to let your friends and family know that I am open and able to help them.
