Hands on Therapy Appointment : 1 hour £35 – 1 hour 30 minutes £45 – 45 minutes £30.

Local Sports/ Fitness Club Member Therapy Appointment : 1 hour £30 – 1 hour 30 minutes £40 – 45 minutes £25.

Therapy Online: A personal rehabilitation guide with the correct exercises presented in an easy to follow structured format. Contact me with details about yourself and the problem you would like help to resolve – £25.
