โฃโ โ€ข Others just want to feel strong!โฃโ 

โฃโ It doesnโ€™t always mean to be skinny or losing weight or being on a constant ‘dietโฃโ ’.

โฃโ ”BEING HEALTHY” also includes our mental health and overall wellness, because the way we think about ourselves and speak of ourselves does have a big impact on our well-being.โฃโ 

โฃโ This is one of the most important aspects that I focus onโฃโ .

โฃโ It is to help you to discover what it means for you to be “HEALTHY” by creating habits that are going to help you get there. And be able to maintain for life.โฃโ 

โฃโ Because It is not only about the weight-loss or the workouts but about your overall wellness. Developing the consistency and discipline that will create results over time.โฃโ
